- comprehensive customs clearance of cargoes in Polish ports,
- comprehensive customs clearance of cargoes in European ports and airports (fiscal clearance),
- customs clearance of resettlement property of individuals,
- simplified customs clearance,
- transit (T1) customs clearance,
- electronic notification to all customs procedures,
- security of customs debt,
- transit guarantees,
- client representation before the Customs Offices, Board of Health, the Border Veterinary Inspectorate, WIORIN, WIJHARS.
In order to make customs clearance of imports or exports it is required to provide the following documents:
- Authorisation for the Customs Agency in the original copy,
- Attachments to the registration of authorisation: a copy of the company registration number, copy of tax ID number, a copy of the entry of the NCR or the register of companies,
- entrepreneur’s number in the EORI registry (Economic Operators' Registration and Identification)
- Registration in the Reference Data Subsystem (RDS).
Basic business documents required for export customs clearance:
- commercial invoice stating the delivery terms,
- packing list,,
- an invoice or statement of the cost of transport, for example placed in the invoice,
- health certificate, contracts, approvals (if required),
- fumigation certificate if using packaging and security features made of raw wood.
Basic business documents required for import customs clearance:
- commercial invoice stating the delivery terms and translation of the invoice,packing list - according to bill of lading,
- original copy of certificate of origin (if tariff preferences are applied),
- Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill,
- an invoice or statement of the cost of transport,
- CE certification for products for which a certificate is required in the EU,
- fumigation certificate if using packaging and security features made of raw wood,
- health certificate, contracts, approvals (if required),
- import licence (if required).
